Friday, September 18

  • 8:30 am – Championship Flight Qualifier*
    Top 16 Teams (based on handicap) shotgun to qualify for Championship and First Flight (Medalist Award for the lowest best ball qualifying gross score)
    *Time is subject to change based on weather conditions.
  • 11:00 am – Registration Opens
    All transactions at the Stowe Country Club will be credit card only, including the Pro Shop, Bar and Registration Desk.
  • 11:30 am – 1:30 pm – Friday Build Your Own Bagged Lunch
    Peppered Roast Beef OR Turkey Wrap with Heirloom Tomatoes, Bibb Lettuce and Pesto Aioli (Vegetarian Greek Wrap upon Request), Kettle Cooked Chips, Cookie, Whole Fruit, Selection of Soft Drinks and Bottled Water
  • 1:30 pm – Shotgun for First Round Matches
    Championship Flight through the Sixth Flight
  • Closest to the Pins Contests
    There are Closest to the Pins on Holes 2, 4, 8, and 15.
    There is a hole-in-one contest during the afternoon round on the 10th hole. Sponsored by Lamoille Valley Ford
  • Following your round, make sure to pick up your glassware from Idletyme Brewing
  • 6:00 pm – Friday Night Pig Roast
    Meals and Kirkwood’s Pub are going to be for the players only this year to continue to social distancing and a healthy event.

Saturday, September 19

  • 10:00 am – Tee Times begin for round 2 matches – All winner’s bracket matches will go off #1. Consolation matches will go off #10.

    10:20 – 10:30 •5th Flight
    10:40 – 10:50 • 4th Flight
    11:00 – 11:10 • 3rd Flight
    11:20 – 11:30 • 2nd Flight
    11:40 – 11:50 • 1st Flight
    12:00 – 12:10 • Championship FlightAll of Saturday’s losing teams will go into the Last Chance competition on Sunday. The winner of the Last Chance will play in the Sunday Shootout with the Flight Winners. Encourage all the teams in your flight to play in the Last Chance to give your flight the extra team in the Sunday Shootout.
  • Skins Games
    There are both Gross and Net Skins games during Saturday’s round.

Sunday, September 20

  • 9:00 am – Shotgun Start*
    for Finals & Consolation Matches and Last Chance Tournament.
    *Time is subject to change based on weather conditions.
  • Following Play – Sunday Scoring Luncheon: Taqueria on the Tenth
    Meals and Kirkwood’s Pub are going to be for the players only this year to continue to social distancing and a healthy event.
    Burritos or Bowls: Choice of Guajillo Chili Braised Lamb, Lou’s Smoked Pork, Braised Chicken Tinga & Grilled Vegetable Medley

  • Awards Ceremony – flight prizes will be handed out during lunch
  • Sunday Shootout!
    Each flight winning team will participate in the shootout to determine the shootout winner.
    Sudden Death Shootout will be held on the 18th hole.
    Tee off distances determined by player’s handicap
    The team that wins the Sunday Shootout will share the Shootout Prize Pool with EVERYONE in their flight.
    The winning team will earn additional money from Shootout Prize Pool.
    Overall Kirkwood winning team is still the Championship Flight Winner.
